About Minnie Rzeslawski

Minerva (Minnie) Rzeslawski has devoted the past three decades of her life and career to serving San Diego residents as a successful Realtor® and community leader. As Founder and CEO of 24K International Realty and now affiliated with RE/MAX City. Minnie has worked with government and business leaders across California to deliver on a lifelong commitment: to enhance the quality of life of families by building strong neighborhoods through homeownership, community development, and first-rate schools.

 

As a Realtor®, Minnie has been an active member of numerous professional organizations including The National Association of Realtors® (NAR), The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), The California Association of Realtors® (CAR), The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors® (PSAR), Key Contact for PSAR to California Association of Realtors® (CAR).

 

Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI), is a Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), a Certified Distress Property Expert (CDPE), a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM) a member Military Residential Specialist (MILES), Premier Luxury Marketing Consultant (PLMC) a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Residential Remodeling Specialist (RRS) and currently Federal Political Coordinator (FPC) for Congresswomen Sara Jacobs of the 53rd Congressional District in San Diego.

 

As an active community leader, Minnie is a board member and Treasurer of Latinas In Business Foundation (LIB), a member of the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE), a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and most recently a past appointment to The Balboa Park Committee by former Mayor Sanders and the City Council.

 

Minnie has served on numerous boards and commissions, including board members of The San Diego Home Loan Counseling and Education Center (SDHLCEC), board member, and treasurer of the National Latina Women Business Association (NLWBA).

 

Minnie holds the distinction of being appointed to The Empire of Who’s Who Among Executive and Professional Women in 2004-2005, selected Entrepreneur of the Year by the San Diego County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (2006) in addition to being recognized by the National Association of Women Business Owner (NAWBO) with their Affiliate Award in 2006. Selected as the Fastest Growing Business Awardee for NLBWA 2013. Minnie also was named Five Star Professional for San Diego Magazine 11 Years in a Row and Recognized as one of The Top 3% of San Diego Real Estate for PSAR.
